Do I have to use the company I purchased my furniture from for moving or installation?

No. You are not required to use the original furniture provider. IOS can install, relocate, or reconfigure furniture regardless of where it was purchased.

Can I bring my own fabric?

Yes. Clients may supply their own fabric, and our team will help integrate it seamlessly into the overall design to ensure consistency, performance, and appearance.

Do your products include a warranty?

Yes. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product line. IOS will provide all applicable warranty information and assist with support when needed, similar to standard manufacturer warranty programs.

Are you limited to specific furniture brands?

No. We are not limited to a single manufacturer and can install most major furniture systems, whether new, used, or remanufactured.

What areas do you serve?

IOS serves New Mexico and surroundings states.

Do you offer project management services?

Yes. We provide full project management services, especially for projects involving tenant improvements, patching, painting, facility upgrades, and coordinated installations.

Can you move the contents of our office?

Yes. Our team can manage full office relocations, internal moves, phased transitions, and furniture reconfigurations.

Can I visit your warehouse?

Warehouse visits may be available by request. Please contact Nick to discuss availability and scheduling.
